The first project of Jeffco will be the Circle of Love Movie.
Over thirty seven years ago, Alyce Morris Winston together with her “special son” Jeffrey, embarked on an adventure that would culminate in creating and overseeing an incredible dream…..THE JEFFREY FOUNDATION….a place where children with special needs (as well as their families) can come to learn, to live, to laugh and to thrive.

It is this story that should be told! It is this story that will remind all parents that love and belief and perseverance can create great things!

It is this story that reminds all of us that we can overcome our obstacles and that we can triumph!

Translated onto the screen, CIRCLE OF LOVE will not only make us “feel” and “cry” and “understand the incredible bond between a mother and her child” but will offer THE JEFFREY FOUNDATION and its national organization SPECIAL CHILD USA the opportunity to grow and expand so that more “special needs children” and their families can have the same opportunities that many families take for granted.

Not only does the film have the potential to touch the audience, it can “TRADEMARK” the JEFFREY FOUNDATION helping to make it a household name.

We believe that when an audience sees this film they will more clearly see how all children are the same, no matter what their handicaps or hardships. We believe that CIRCLE OF LOVE will help viewers from all over the world to realize the incredible need for these therapeatic child care facilities.

And when they understand…

…We believe that their generous hearts will follow, enabling more and more centers to be built around the world. In other words, CIRCLE OF LOVE has the potential to grow into an International Grass Roots Effort to better all children in the world!
